In addition to our core group exercise programming here at The Sporting Club, we offer classes and workshops of varying topic and interest.

Frequently you'll see dance classes like Ballet Core, Salsa, Cardio Tease and Hip Hop, athletic events like Bootcamp and ATP (Athletic Training Priciples) and Core-conditioning Resistance training, as well as mind-body workshops like Tandem Yoga, Thai Massage & Yoga, and Tai Chi.
